Well, until that happens, we have the Dept. of Graphics - otherwise known as The Commissioner, Conrad St. Clair.
Here are a few examples of the fiddly bits Conrad does to keep the place looking shiny and fresh. As he's been heard to mumble under his breath, "I'm not an artist, but for fuck sakes somebody has to clean up after 'em...."
